Ten years ago, after my first six years of training, I felt like I had to tell people about what I was involved in. So I wrote the first version of this ever-evolving book. I printed up 20 copies under an assumed name and gave it to people I knew. These people then came back and requested more copies to give to their friends and family. After ten years, and several publishing offers, I have literally given away thousands of copies and developed a cult following. I have never had any interest in going through a publishing house. However, I am for the first time making it available on the internet. It will be available exclusively on this website, I’m not even going to make it available on Amazon. I want this to be something that only people who seek it out will get. When it comes to things like this, it’s best to keep a low profile and stay out of the mainstream.
